1. Daily maintenance of the filter cloth focuses on cleanliness to ensure optimal filtration efficiency. The filter cloth must be cleaned at the end of each shift. Ensure the cloth remains pliable; if damaged, repair or replace it promptly.

2. Inspect the sealing surfaces of the filter plates and remove any residue to prevent slurry or fluid leakage during operation. Protect the sealing surfaces from impact. Store plates vertically when not in use to minimize deformation.

3. Keep the belt filter press and its surroundings clean. Promptly remove residual filtrate and filter cake from the machine. Apply lubricating grease regularly to the piston rod.

4. Insulation performance must be tested for all electrical components. In the event of a fault, immediately disconnect the power supply before repairing or replacing any elements.

5. The temperature of the filtered liquid must remain below the rated operating temperature, typically < 100 ℃. Ensure no debris or hard objects are mixed in that could block the inlet port, to prevent damage to the filter cloth.

6. After operation, equipment should be stored promptly and properly.
