Oil Fracturing Sand Screening and Washing Production Line

The overall production line is divided into five working stages: raw material mining, drying and pre-screening, water washing, and concentrate drying. It effectively addresses challenges such as , washing, tailwater purification, and dry discharge of solid waste. The finished product achieves optimal round sand particle size and higher compression values. The entire production line features high output, superior efficiency, stable operation, and customizable equipment configurations tailored to specific customer requirements.

Production Line Introduction

Oil fracturing sand is a ceramic particle product characterized by high fracturing strength, primarily used for downhole support in oil fields to enhance oil and gas production. For a single oil fracturing sand production line with a capacity of 50t/h (finished product), the process design and equipment selection were developed through a comprehensive assessment of Longding Environmental Protection Technology’s operational realities and cost-efficiency requirements. The overall project is divided into five working stages: raw material mining, raw material drying and pre-screening, raw material washing, concentrate drying, and finished product screening and packaging. Our company is responsible for supplying machinery and equipment for the following stages: raw material drying, raw material pre-screening, raw material washing, concentrate drying, as well as finished product screening and packaging.

Production Line Process

Main equipment: linear vibrating screen, square swinging screen, magnetic separator, scrubbing machine, dryer, sand-washing and recycling integrated machine, high-efficiency deep cone concentrator (trihydrogen purification body), box filter press

Raw sand for oil fracturing is stored in a silo and then conveyed via belt conveyor to a vibrating screen or probability screen for preliminary screening. Particles smaller than 20 mesh undergo magnetic separation using a magnetic separator. The material then enters the scrubbing machine for thorough stirring and washing. After mud removal through scrubbing, the material passes through the magnetic separator again for a second stage of magnetic separation.

Following magnetic separation, the sand enters an integrated and recycling unit. As the washing wheel rotates, it agitates the material within the cleaning chamber to perform a thorough wash, effectively removing surface impurities. Post-cleaning, coarse-grained material is conveyed by the sand wheel to the sieve for dehydration. Tailwater is pumped into the separator via a slurry pump, where sedimentation occurs. Recovered fine materials are discharged onto the dewatering screen surface, while coarse materials are uniformly mixed and dehydrated prior to discharge.

Simultaneously, sludge-water suspended solids treated by the separator are discharged into the sewage tank. The tailwater is then pumped from the sewage tank into the concentration tank for mud-water separation. Concentrated mud is fed into plate-and-frame filter presses through the bottom of the filter tank to achieve dry stacking. After pressure filtration, clean water flows into the clean water tank, enabling its recycling.
