工作原理
LSF 水力分级机基于密度或粒径差异实现小颗粒物料的分离。该设备将传统流化床分离器与一组形成薄膜通道的平行倾斜板相结合。细粒物料通过进料口进入薄膜腔内部，随后流入位于薄膜下方的混合室，在流化床作用下使物料流态化并形成浆液。高密度物料受重力作用下沉，而低密度物料则上浮。
在混合室底部，形成高密度沉积物固体床。通过从腔体底部进入的流化水射流，使该高密度床层保持悬浮状态。由于自下而上注入的流化水产生的湍流运动，被困在致密流化床中的粗、细低密度颗粒被分选并向上上升进入上方的薄膜室。高密度颗粒则在重力作用下沉降至流化床底部，并向液化室底部的气缸迁移。
可通过智能监控系统进行远程监控与控制。当达到设定值时，控制气缸可开启或关闭卸料装置以完成排料。
