According to the needs of customers, the matetials should be grading and screening before washing and dewatering. Our technical department has designed this new type of screening and washing machine. LZZG called it compact sand washer with trommel screen.
Application: mining, aggregate processing, piling mud, river dredging, city construction waste incineration, ceramic raw material, silica sand production and various kinds of metal ores, tailings disposal and other industries.
LZZG series introduced products to absorb foreign advanced technology, and designed combined with sand field actual situation. It can effectively reduce the loss amounts of fine material; solve problems of end product such as relatively high fineness modulus and relatively low stone powder content. The fine material can be recycled as high as 95%, with incomparable technical and economic advantages.

Trommel type sand washer is designed to classifying, washing and removing impurities from sand, gravel, mineral, frac sand, coal, metal mine tailings, ceramic, piling mud, river dredging and construction waste, thereby improving the products quality. Trommel type sand washers are mainly divided into two parts, one part is the drum screen for grading, the other part is the sand washer machine, separator, dewatering screen for sand cleaning, dehydrating and recovering.
Material feed into the front-end drum screen firstly, turn over and roll on the screen surface and form two materials with different grain sizes due to the tilting and rotation of the drum device. Unqualified materials are discharged through the discharge opening at the tail. The qualified materials enter cleaning tank, roll and grind each other under the rotation of bucket to remove impurities covering the surface of gravel. At the same time, a strong water flow formed by trommel sand washer take away the impurity and small specific gravity, and discharged from the overflow port; the clean sand is taken away by the wheel impeller onto dewatering screen for dehydration treatment. The overflowing muddy water in water storage tank (including a small amount of qualified materials, waste water, impurities) is pumped into the hydrocyclone separator by high-pressure slurry pump. After the centrifugal concentration, the qualified material is sent to dewatering sieve for dehydration treatment. Waste water and impurities are discharged into the return tank through the separation device.
