Solution: If the screen is damaged too quickly because of insufficient tension of the screen, we can appropriately increase the tension of the screen to keep the screen surface flat, so that the tensile, compressive, and shear stresses of the screen will be relatively reduced, thus can improve the service life of the screen.
Cause: The key to identify the quality of the vibrating screen is the material of the screen. At present, the material of the screen can be divided into metal and non-metal materials. The metal materials mainly include low carbon, high carbon, high manganese steel, stainless steel, and other materials. Non-metallic screens are mostly made of rubber, nylon, polyurethane, and other materials. If the material we choose does not comply with the screening requirements. It will speed up the wear of the screen.
Solution: We have to choose a screen of suitable material according to the physical properties of the material to be screened. Among the various materials, the high-manganese steel screen is the most reliable. Cause: When we use the vibrating screen to screen the material, if the humidity and viscosity of the material are relatively large, the material will stick tightly to the screen, resulting in the clogging of the screen hole, the difficulty of stratification, and the accumulation of the material on the screen surface, which will lead to the damage to the screen.
Solution: We can appropriately increase the amplitude and adjust the inclination of the screen surface, or we can replace the screen with an appropriate mesh size to avoid this problem.
Cause: The principal function of the screen is supposed to be responsible for material screening. In the process of screening, we will keep putting materials into the vibrating screen. The handling capacity of the vibrating screen is yes, and the load it bears is the same. If we provide a large amount of material at one time, we will increase the load of the screen and cause damage to the screen.
