LZZG series introduced products to absorb foreign advanced technology, and designed combined with sand field actual situation. It can effectively reduce the loss amounts of fine material; solve problems of end product such as relatively high fineness modulus and relatively low stone powder content. The fine material can be recycled as high as 95%, with incomparable technical and economic advantages.

Details Introduction

Spiral chute is a mineral processing equipment that generates a centrifugal flow film on the inclined surface of the spiral based on the differences in specific gravity, particle size, and shape between useful minerals and gangue minerals. In the comprehensive force field of gravity and centrifugal force, the separation of useful minerals and gangue is achieved by utilizing the gravity, hydrodynamic pressure, and frictional force experienced by different particles.

Spiral chutes are suitable for processing fine iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorite, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore with particle sizes ranging from 0.3 to 0.02 millimeters, as well as other non-ferrous metals, rare metals, and non-gold minerals with varying densities.

Working principle
The spiral chute is mainly composed of six parts: a feeding homogenizer, a feeding groove, a spiral groove, a product intercepting groove, a receiving hopper, and a groove support.
When a certain concentration of slurry is fed into the upper part of the spiral ore separator, the slurry rotates downward along the spiral groove. Larger ore particles first sink at the bottom of the tank, while smaller ore particles flow in the upper layer of the slurry. Due to the different trajectories of ore particles with different densities in the chute, it is possible to intercept ore particles with different densities at different positions on the spiral to achieve the purpose of separation. In addition, the water flow movement in the spiral chute also facilitates the mixing and uniform distribution of materials, thereby improving the efficiency of mineral processing.

Features
1.The end of the spiral chute intercepts fine, medium, and tailings respectively.
2.The spiral chute does not add flushing water during the selection process.
3.Spiral blades are made of fiberglass, lightweight and sturdy, and durable.
4.Spiral chutes have high processing capacity, simple structure, and low operating costs.
