The mud is too thick or there are dry blocks left behind, causing the blockage of the feeding port. There is no other material between the filter plates and only the pressure existing in the hydraulic system itself. At this time, the plates themselves are extremely easy to be damaged due to prolonged pressure. When the feed is insufficient or the feed contains inappropriate solid particles, it will also cause excessive force or damage to the frame itself. If the outflow port is blocked by solids or the feed valve or discharge valve is closed during startup, the pressure will not leak anywhere, or even damage. When the filter plate is not cleaned thoroughly, it may cause medium leakage. As long as the medium leaks, the edge of the plate frame will be impacted into small grooves. A large amount of medium leakage will cause the pressure to fail to rise, so Mud cakes cannot be formed.
Treatment method: Carefully use a nylon cleaning scraper to remove the mud from the feed inlet. After completing this cycle, reduce the volume of the filter plate. Check carefully whether there is any problem with the filter cloth. Secondly, check whether the drain outlet is smooth, check whether the outlet is smooth, open the corresponding pressure valve to release the pressure. Carefully clean and repair the filter plate.
Low hydraulic pressure. There are wrinkles on the filter cloth or gaps on the filter cloth. Once they are produced, replace the filter cloth in time. There are unknown objects on the sealing surface that look like blocks.
Treatment method: Correspondingly increase the hydraulic pressure, change the use of filter cloth, or use a nylon scraper to remove the unknown lumps on the sealing surface.
The main reasons: the feed size is too small, the concentration is too low, the feed is insufficient, or the outlet is blocked, which causes uneven distribution of the filter cake and makes it difficult to form a filter cake.
Treatment method: adjust the production workers’ process, improve the supply of materials, increase or decrease the supply of materials, clean up blockages, clean up the supply holes, clean up the drain holes, clean the filter cloth (or replace the filter cloth), increase the pressure or pump power, low-pressure start, constant pressure increase, etc.
The oil pump does not discharge oi. The sequence valve setting pressure is too low or the valve core is stuck in the opening position. The oil filter is blocked. The oil level of the oil tank is too low, and the oil pump is emptied. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too high and it is difficult to absorb oil. The parts in the pump are seriously worn, the internal leakage is large, and the pressure and flow cannot reach the rated value.
Treatment methods: overhaul the oil pump. overhaul the sequence valve. clean the oil filter. make up the oil. change the oil or increase the oil temperature. overhaul or replace the oil pump.
Sometimes the filter plate will walk slowly due to excessive oil and dirt on the guide rod, and may even fall off, which is very dangerous.
Treatment method: timely clean up the oil and stains on the guide rod and apply butter to ensure lubricity to avoid accidents. It is strictly forbidden to apply thin oil on the pole because the staff is easy to fall off and cause personal injury.
The motor is aging and the load is too heavy. The high-pressure oil pump is damaged. The high-pressure oil pump is generally a plunger pump. If the hydraulic oil is abnormal or has a long life, it is very easy to cause damage to the plunger. The coupling is not concentric when the hydraulic station is installed. If the coupling is not placed correctly, it will cause the motor to swing too much and increase the load.
The material cake is clamped on the sealing surface of the filter plate frame, and the filter cloth should be washed. The filter cloth is damaged and cannot meet the sealing requirements. Replace the filter cloth. The feed concentration is too low, appropriately increase the feed concentration to 500g/l.
Wires are easy to fall off, the wiring is wrong, the parts are in poor contact or the parts are damaged, the screws are not secure, etc., which are extremely easy to cause electrical failure.
For electrical fault handling, electrical personnel must be required to have a firm grasp of the electrical principle knowledge, as well as to properly grasp the basic principles and systems of various filter presses, so that when a problem occurs, the electrical problem of the filter press can be solved in time. During this period, priority inspections will be given to the parts that are prone to problems to ensure the speed of maintenance to prevent unnecessary losses.
