The production line process flow is as follows: raw material intake → pre-screening → scrubbing → desliming → magnetic separation → washing and dehydration → drying → final screening. This series of mud purification procedures ensures the production of high-quality oil-fracturing sand.

Working Principle

Fracturing sand is stored in a silo and screened using a linear vibrating screen. Particles smaller than 20 mesh undergo magnetic separation via a magnetic separator before entering the scrubbing machine for washing. As the material passes through the scrubber, it is thoroughly agitated and cleaned, with the resulting sludge proceeding to secondary magnetic separation. The sand is then washed and dewatered in a sand washing machine, separated by an impeller classifier, and sent to a lower dewatering screen for final dehydration. Wastewater overflowing from the cleaning box (containing significant amounts of fine sand, mud, dust, and other impurities) is processed. Separated sand materials flow into a mud transfer tank after being thickened by a three-stage purification unit, then are pumped by a specialized filter press pump into a chamber filter press. There, they are filtered into mud cakes and discharged. Simultaneously, clean water overflows from the three-stage purification unit and returns to the clean water transfer tank along with filtrate from the filter press, achieving dry discharge of solid waste and recycling/reuse of water resources.
