The artificial sand production line is a special production line equipment for the production of construction sand and stone. It saves 50% of energy compared to traditional sand-making machines. It can make materials such as rock, gravel, and river pebbles into various particle sizes that meet the requirements of construction sand. During the working process of the sand production line, the large stones are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the cone crusher or impact crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing. The crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening, and the finished sand (under the screen) is sent from the belt conveyor to the sand washing machine for cleaning and then sent to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor. Large-grained stones (over-screen) are sent to the vertical impact crusher (sand-making machine) by the belt conveyor for fine crushing. The crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen again by the belt conveyor for screening, thus forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles.
The sand washing machine is mainly used in the screening and washing stage of the sand production line. In the traditional wet processing technology of artificial sand, the spiral sand washing machine used for the washing and dewatering of artificial sand, the loss of fine sand in the artificial sand can hardly be controlled. The use of a fine sand recovery machine can effectively reduce the flow of fine sand and reduce the content of stone powder in the tailwater, which solves the problem of high fineness of finished sand and low stone powder content in the artificial aggregate processing system.
