Kaolin is a non-metallic mineral, a kind of clay and clay rock dominated by kaolinite clay minerals. Kaolin has a wide range of uses. Slurrying: Add water and dispersant to the raw ore according to the set concentration requirements, and then slurp it in a mixer or a masher. The purpose of pulping is to disperse kaolin and separate it from sandy minerals and plant impurities to prepare a slurry of suitable concentration for the next process.

In addition to coarse sand: the impurity particles such as quartz, feldspar, and mica in the kaolin ore are coarser, generally larger than 325 mesh, while the kaolin has a finer particle size, mainly concentrated in -2μm. The spiral classifier can remove most of the quartz and feldspar grit.

Sand washing and fine sand recovery: The sand washing and recovery integrated machine washes the coarse sand, and removes the kaolin fine sand (fine quartz, feldspar, and other impurities) through the hydrocyclone sorting operation of the integrated machine. Generally, different diameters are used The hydrocyclone performs multiple sorting.

Dewatering screening: The dewatering screen dewaters, classifies, de-intermediates, and de-slims the materials. The grading screen classifies materials.

Magnetic separation: To obtain high-quality or high-quality kaolin, strong magnetic separation or high gradient magnetic separation, chemical bleaching, and even flotation and selective flocculation are required. The dyeing mineral impurities in kaolin, such as limonite, hematite, siderite, pyrite, anatase, rutile, etc., all have weak magnetic properties, so the kaolin after sand removal can be further used with a strong magnetic separator or a high gradient The magnetic separator performs magnetic separation.

Filtration and concentration: The suspended solids in the slurry treated by the separator are discharged into the sewage tank, and then the tailwater is pumped from the sewage tank into the thickening tank for the mud-water separation operation. The concentrated mud is pumped into the plate and the frame filter press through the bottom of the filter tank to achieve a dry pile. Ensure that the product moisture is below 32-35%, save energy and improve the working environment. After pressure filtration, the clean water enters the clean water pool to realize the recycling of clean water.
