14 Prohibitions

1. Iron is strictly prohibited.

2. Do not start or stop the machine while material is present.

3. Avoid operating the machine under overcurrent or low voltage conditions.

4. Stop the machine immediately if abnormal noises occur.

5. Never inspect or adjust the machine while it is running.

6. Prevent eccentric feeding into the machine.

7. Do not feed bulk materials exceeding the maximum particle size specified by the equipment into the crushing chamber.

8. Do not operate the crusher if the lubricating oil temperature is below 15℃.

9. Do not operate the crusher if the lubricating oil return temperature exceeds 60℃.

10. Do not operate the crusher if the lubricating oil filter is blocked.

11. Do not operate the crusher if the lubrication station alarm light is illuminated.

12. Do not operate the crusher in an unbalanced state by throwing the wheel.

13. For double-motor sand-making machines, do not start one motor before starting the other.

14. Do not operate the crusher without interlocking between the lubrication station’s electric cabinet and the main engine’s electric cabinet.

9 Musts

1. Material must be fed centrally and uniformly. (per shift)

2. The lubricating filter must be checked for iron filings. (weekly)

3. The oil level of the lubricating oil must be checked. (per shift)

4. Wear on wearing parts must be inspected. (per shift)

5. All bolts and their fasteners must be checked for tightness. (per shift)

6. Verify that the running current of both motors is consistent. (per shift)

7. The tension of the V-belts must be checked. (per shift)

8. Lubricating oil contamination must be assessed. (weekly)

9. After replacing accessories, the throwing wheel must be dynamically balanced before operating the crusher. (after each accessory replacement)
